What we take care of so you don't have to
- Weekly, on-site servicing
- Restocking - Just-in-time delivery of necessary ingredients and supplies
- Cleaning - Besides the insides of the machine, we'll clean the area surrounding the equipment, leaving the area cleaner than when we arrived
- Descaling - Every 6 months we will descale the machine ensuring reliability and great tasting beverages
- Repair - If a problem arises, our contact information is displayed prominently on the side of the system, we will respond promptly
- Filters - We provide Omnipure water filters for taste and purity

Our Service Should Not Hurt Our Planet
With Java Dragon coffee service, you are doing your part to help the environment. Unlike other coffee vending machines, our machines grind whole beans from the internal hopper and do not use paper filters, aluminum cups, pods, or pouches. Nothing. As we like to emphasize – great coffee without the waste and packaging. Our ingredient packaging is recycled and exhausted coffee grounds are dropped into an internal bin for collection and composting. Home gardening enthusiasts are welcome to take all they like for coffee grounds make wonderful organic fertilizer.
